Another edition of CodeCamp Cluj has just finished. In the "track" for startups and software products we had topics like: switching from outsourcing product development, product metrics and measuring them, user acquisition channels and existing accelerator programs. I feel that we are beginning the upslope, when talking about startups is not only interesting for the community of startups, but also for many other people in IT companies.

Alter Ego

Alter Ego is a browser button that protects your identity from the bad guys around the net. It generates aliases for your email address, military strong passwords and any other personal data a site may require. These IDs are linked to your email so you can forget about the 'spam email address' or worry about your credentials being stolen.


PixTeller is an online tool that improves and simplifies the design process from start to end. It is easy to use for everyone for personal or business purposes, even with no technical or design knowledge.

Symme3D Biotech One

Symme3D Biotech One is the first independent producer with 100% Romanian capital that develops a 3D printing machine for various avascular living tissue and blood vessels from stem cells, as well as cancerous tumours, with the aim to the aid in personalising cancer therapies. Symme3D Biotech's first product will be launched at MedTec Europe, in Stuttgart, on 4th to 6th April
